Roller skating and swimming are inherently risky and physically demanding exercises, which the participant/spectator and/or their parent/guardian understand, acknowledge, and agree.

While participating in and/or spectating at activities/games at the National Grange Convention, the swimmer/skater/spectator and/or their parent/guardian accept all responsibility for any property damage, injury, or death.

Participant/spectator and/or parent/guardian hereby waive any and all claims they may have against the National Grange and all sponsors of the skating rink establishment and hotel establishment as well as their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers, arising out of the participants'/spectators' use of the skating rink and pool and all surrounding areas.

The participant/spectator agrees to obey all safe skating and swimming recommendations and any other signage which is posted around the building, for the usage of the skating rink and/or swimming pool, as well as the instructions given by the skating rink and hotel personnel.

Participants'/spectators' use of the skating rink, rental skates, and/or swimming pool, and the surrounding areas may be terminated if they do not respect these terms of conduct.

I waive, release and discharge the National Grange from any claims arising from participation in and/or spectating at all activities at the Junior/Youth Roller Skating activity and Pool Party, except for the liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In the unlikely event of an accident, loss, or damage to my personal effects, I acknowledge that the National Grange will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury and waive all claims in this respect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the National Grange accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the activities provided by the National Grange, whether in contact, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise. Nothing in the disclaimer limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

I agree to indemnify the National Grange, its directors, employees, and authorized persons from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses, and demands arising from my failure to comply with any of my obligations as set out above.
