President Christine Hamp tells the House Committee on Ways and Means that Medicare should cover obesity care for rural residents

In a letter to Dr. Mehmet Oz, Administrator of the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, the National Grange urged CMS to restore Phosphate Lowering Therapies to Medicare Part D coverage. This is important for rural dialysis patients to access these therapies at their local community pharmacies.
