On April 22, Betsy Huber, Pennsylvania State Grange Legislative Director, presents U.S. Senator Pat Toomey with an award for his work on Medicare Part D. Along with Betsy are representatives of the Global Colon Cancer Association and the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation.
