Barbara Borderieux
National Grange Chaplain
National Grange of the Order of the Patrons of Husbandry
Barbara Borderieux is honored to currently serve as Chaplain of the National Grange. Barbara began her service to the Grange in 1995 along with her husband when she joined Manatee Grange. There she held various positions and served diligently. In 1997, Barbara joined Tamiami Pomona Grange, also serving various positions. In addition, Barbara served the Florida State Grange as Flora, Lady Asst., Overseer and currently as State Master.
Barbara was married to her husband Frank for 37 yrs before he passed away. She has 3 children and 6 grandchildren, many of which are involved in Grange and Jr. Grange.
Since moving to Florida in 1984, Barbara has worked as a Teachers Aide at Tillman Elementary School for last 26 years.
Outside of the Grange, Barbara is an active member in the First Presbyterian Church in Bradenton, FL. For the passed 57 year Barbara has been involved in the Girl Scouts where she is presently a troop leader and trainer. In her spare or not so spare time Barbara likes to sew and bake for others.
