Grange #1 Legislative Fly-In 2004 Scholarship Program
The
Potomac Grange #1 Rural Leadership Project is pleased to announce a new Legislative
Fly-In Scholarship Program. This scholarship will provide a reimbursable grant
towards food and lodging in Washington, DC during the 2004 Fly-In, May 16 - 18,

For over five years, the National Grange Legislative Fly-In has provided Grangers
from all over the country the opportunity to spend time on Capitol Hill and speak
directly with their state and local representatives. Also included in this event
are educational and informative workshops and the opportunity to take in the sites
and cultural activities this great city has to offer.
Preference will be given to applicants with the following criteria, but any Grange
member interested in attending the 2004 National Grange Legislative Fly-In is

Potomac Grange Legislative Fly-In Scholarship covers the cost of up to four nights
actual lodging at the Club Quarters Hotel. Recipients are responsible for making
their own separate reservations for both the Fly-In 2004 and hotel accommodations.
Please be aware
that the decision regarding who will receive the scholarship will be determined
by Potomac Grange #1. All decisions are final. Those planning to attend as a couple
can apply jointly. |
