This workshop describes many of the ways that members find value in their Grange membership. Meeting needs in relation to the member and the community are discussed. Community needs are broken down into three areas: education, service, and legislative action. Members needs are broken down into three areas: personal, family, and material. |

This 30 minute workshop is designed for use by a deputy or other member designated to help a Grange that is unsure of their future. It covers what cards the Grange has today, what cards (factors) they need and how to start getting them. This workshop comes with a script to aid the facilator/presenter. |

This workshop begins with outlining the urgency to keep members and achieve membership growth. Why members drop their membership and methods to combat these reasons are covered. Positive actions that Granges can take to attract new members are then covered. This workshop includes a script to aid the facilator/presenter. |

This workshop explores the three areas of publicity: institutional, local, and personal. In addition dealing with the media is covered. This workshop is intended to help members discover ways to promote their Grange in a positive manner. |

This workshop encourages the members to think about who and what kind of members they should be looking for to improve or revitalize their Grange.

This powerpoint presentation is designed for use at fairs or other locations where a looping presentation can be viewed by the public at their leisure. It explains the Grange structure and reasons that people would join the Grange.
