Grange Donates Dictionaries to Third Graders |
Kuna Grange #59 in Kuna, Idaho provided over 400 dictionaries to the
third graders in the Kuna School District this year. We also provided
dictionaries to Falcon Ridge Charter School. This project was a joint
effort sponsored by Kuna Grange, Kuna-Melba News (our weekly newspaper),
Kuna Kiwanis, Ada County Pomona Grange #1, Highline-Star Grange # 429,
Rob Morris #63 Order of Eastern Star, Brenda Blitman local CPA, and Marie
Collins, an individual in our community.
We received Thank You notes from all the classes and the teachers in
each school.
This was our initial venture with all of these groups. Several of
the co-sponsors want to be a part of doing this for the 06-07 school
year. We know our efforts were appreciated. |
