Dear 2007 Potential Regional Conference Hosts:
Plans have been completed for the 2007 Great Plains Regional Youth Conference. The location is Topeka, Kansas at the Club House Inn and Suites. This is located right off
I-70 and Wanamaker Road. We have planned some really great workshops for Saturday morning and will have a “Grange Knowledge Bowl” Friday evening. We will also take a tour of several Topeka attractions including the Brown Vs Board of Education Historical Site. Saturday evening will be the Regional Speech and Sign-a-Song Contest.
The cost for the weekend is $85 per person; this will include your housing, tours, and meals. The cost of the room is based on four person occupancy, unless requested room assignments will be made with 4 people to a room. Please indicate on your registration form if you need other arrangements. We are hoping to have Jr. Grangers also participating with us as they have an older Jr. Speech contest.
Please complete the enclosed registration form and return it along with your money by June 29, 2007. We must have a complete count no later than July 2, 2007.
