Betsy Huber is a lifelong Pennsylvania resident and Grange member, joining Goshen Junior Grange at age 5 and Goshen Grange #121 at 14.  She has held many offices at the local and county level including Master (President) and long terms as secretary of both.  On the state level she was Overseer (Vice President) for six years before her election as the first female Master of Pennsylvania State Grange in 2002.  During her term of eight years, five new Granges were organized and several reorganized or revitalized.  After her retirement in 2010, she was hired as part-time Legislative Liaison for the State Grange. She was elected to the National Grange Executive Committee in 2006 and has served as chair since 2007. Other activities include Supervisor of Upper Oxford Township (20 years), Trustee of Penn State (7 years), and Elder in Avondale Presbyterian Church. She is widowed and has three children, 8 grandchildren, and one great grandson. As a National Officer, Betsy most enjoys being able to give back to the Grange in return for all the benefits she has received from her almost 50 years of membership.
