Croucher Named Secretary of the
National Grange Board of Directors  Washington,
February 10, 2004 - The National Grange Board of Directors named Bruce Croucher
Secretary at their January 23-24, 2004 meeting. Croucher joined the Grange in
1967 after marrying into a Grange family and was elected to the National Grange
Executive Committee in 1999.
Bruce
was first elected to a New York State Grange Office in 1979 and has served as
Gatekeeper, Steward and Overseer. He currently serves as Master. Croucher
retired from a thirty-year career as a math teacher in the Phelps-Clifton Springs
School district in 1996. Since 1970, he has served as Director of the Ontario
Insurance Company and now serves as Chairman of the Board. He is active in his
church serving as a lay reader and Eucharistic Minister. |
