staff will work with you every step of the way to ensure that your specific needs
are met, while performing all of the legwork required to arrange a successful

Selecting a Site - Meeting Services will contact
all suitable Choice Hotels in the areas being considered. Choice Hotels International
has more than 5,000 hotels, inns, all-suite hotels and resorts open and under

Sleep Inn, Rodeway Inn, Econo Lodge and MainStay Suites brands.

rates for guest rooms, meeting rooms and food and beverages that are sensitive
to your budget.

with your selected hotel to ensure that all of your meeting needs are met.

Food and Beverage - If you require meals in conjunction with your meeting,
Choice Hotels International will provide you with rates and menus.
Based on your conversations with your meeting advisor, Choice Hotels International
will prepare a written proposal tailored to your specific needs that will include
all of the information you require to make a decision. Once you have decided to
book, your meeting advisor will forward a confirmation letter to you recapping
all discussed details and a contract will be issued to you by the hotel. It's
