Town of Cromwell

May 28, 2008
The town of Cromwell welcomes The National Grange to our community for your annual session. The Connecticut State Grange has met several years in Cromwell and it is with great pleasure, and our New England hospitality, that we now welcome the parent branch the National Grange.
Your organization has provided 141 years of service to rural America. It is a well-established organization with special interest in agriculture, community service, legislative affairs and numerous other programs that serve our country and your membership in thirty-seven states.
As the First Selectman, I wish to extend the good wishes of our community to you for another productive and enjoyable annual conference.
Sincerely,
Jeremy Shingleton
First Selectman
