Please
consider this our sincere invitation for you to join with us for the 138th annual
convention of the National Grange, to be held in beautiful and historic Rochester,
New York.
The
Grange invited Susan B. Anthony, the champion of women's right to vote, to the
convention here in 1903. We've invited "her" back again in 2004, and you'll have
a chance to visit with her, and visit the Anthony House.
In 1930 a member by the name of Franklin D. Roosevelt of New York took the Seventh
Degree in Rochester. What up-coming national leader will be in the class of 2004?
New this year will be the "Idea Fair," booth after booth filled with ideas for
programs, projects, success stories, and items to take home to share with your
members. There will be workshops and sessions for leadership development, and
Grange related items for sale. The
Patrons of New York have prepared well for our comfort and enjoyment. Within this
brochure is hotel registration information, an outline of the convention program
as well as a convention registration and ticket order form. See
you in Rochester this November!
